The Founder of the company is a black female professional coming from a very diverse professional and cultural background. At Zizwe Fuels, diversity is key as we use it as an element of promoting positivity. The effective communication in different languages with different expertise becomes a benefit for the company as it promotes positivity. Diversity makes it possible for the founder to know how to create relationships and understand the cultural nuances and differences when doing business with different customers in the communities.
